What is the return policy?
Due to the fragile nature of stained glass, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
When will I get my order?
Each dragon is made to order, and orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Due to our current backlog and increased demand, current lead times are estimated to be 1-2 months before shipment.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. After that, your dragon may already be in our made-to-order fulfillment process.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer shipping to many locations. Delivery times may vary depending on your country, customs processing, and carrier delays.
